June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. It can be challenging for caregivers and family members to care for their loved one with Alzheimer's.  Here are some helpful care tips for the caregiver.

* Have a routine schedule for eating, bathing, and dressing

* Keep tasks very simple.

*Always give step by step instructions.

* Make a calendar with scheduled appointments, activities, or events.

* Allow the person to continue activities they enjoy.

* Show respect and compassion for the person.
